I make all of my props/weapons out of either Pepakura or MDF, nowadays. But I’ve definitely seen those PVC pipe bow tutorials on Youtube, and it’s very clever.

Awh, thanks so much =]. There are plenty of tutorials to make a Key Blade! None of them look too overly complicated, at least not compared to some other crazy props I’ve seen.

Thank you! I mean, it’s not super flexible, but it’s definitely more flexible than Worbla. You can do some basic bending in it, nothing crazy, though. Didn’t look metallic to me, but I believe that part is all in the paint job. I think in real life (in Tamriel lol), the armor would ultimately be made out of leather. I would’ve made it out of leather, but I priced it out, and leather is so damn expensive. Good luck on your build!
